The Full Story
Brad's Glass is a real family business, spanning seven decades and employing three generations of the Bradbury Family.
After serving in the Sea bee's in WWII; Jessie Bradbury began the business in Brighton in 1947 and moved to Canton in 1958. Brothers Bob and Dick continued the business their father Jessie began. Dick started right after high school; Bob, entered the business following one year at Bentley College and 4 years as an aerial gunner in Vietnam for the U.S. Marines. Today, Richard Bradbury Jr is running the business and has added custom shower/tub enclosures to the list of services provided by Brad's Glass.
You don't need to make a trip to the auto dealer to have a cracked or broken windshield replaced. Brad's installs auto glass in every make and model from expensive to foreign along with trucks and bulldozers.
Brad's Glass can handle all your glass needs in your home such as mirrors, mirrored walls and glass tabletops. Do you have a cracked or broken pane in a window? No problem! Brad's can replace those too. Patio doors, thermopane windows, table tops to name a few.

These guys really went above and beyond to help me out. I'll make a very long story short, and say that Richie has the patience of Job. My mechanic was convinced that my rear window had a leak, but Richie figured out exactly what was happening, and stopped me from wasting money trying to fix something that wasn't a problem.
To be completely honest, if I was in his shoes, I would have told me good luck, and take my problem somewhere else. Not only did they save me from wasting money, they even fixed the issue for an incredibly reasonable price.

The Answers You Need
Q: I HAVE A FOGGY DOUBLE PANE WINDOW. CAN YOU FIX IT?
A: The most cost effective way to fix this issue is to replace only the glass. We would come out to your house to measure and order the glass for you. It carries a 15 yr warranty too! Keep in mind that if you wanted to replace the whole window unit you will need to get a carpenter involved.
Q: DO YOU REPLACE SMALL PANE GLASS INSERTS FROM A DOOR?
A: In order to replace just one of the windows, the whole piece will need to be replaced. A law passed stating that only safety glass be used to minimize injury.
Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLEAR GLASS AND LOW IRON?
A: Clear glass has a greenish tint to it. You can usually tell by the edge of the glass. Low Iron is truly clear. It's due to the amount of iron used in the making of glass. Low iron glass is usually a little more expensive but totally worth it!
Q: I DON'T WANT THE WHOLE SHOWER DOOR TO BE CLEAR WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
A: We do offer Obscure glass and it comes in many different types of looks. Using this type of glass tends to make your bathroom seem smaller as you can't see through it. Less and less people are using this which has driven the price up. We also offer the choice of sandblasting a certain area which does create a privacy area and still keep the look of clear glass.
Q: DO YOU CUT GLASS FOR A TABLE TOP?
A: Yes we do! We fabricate 1/8 and 1/4 in house. If you are looking for 3/8,1/2 or 3/4 we can order it for you. It typically takes a week to receive.
